Funding: School Districts
The services provided by Keany Associates may be funded by a variety of sources, including the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Private Pay, School Districts, and Health Insurance.
Clients ages three years or older may become eligible for an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) through his or her local school district. An IEP provides structured assistance for students with developmental delays and is designed by a team of education professionals in conjunction with the student’s parents/guardians.
If the IEP team determines services are necessary for the student to access his or her education, the school district pays for the services listed in the IEP.
Keany Associates is certified as a NonPublic Agency (NPA) through the California Department of Education to provide Behavior Intervention.
