Directions from the 405 Southbound:
Take the 405 South to the La Tijera Blvd. exit. Turn right onto S. La Tijera Blvd. Turn left onto Sepulveda Eastway, and then turn right onto Westchester Parkway. Enter the driveway near the Bank of America. The offices are located in the building adjacent to the Bank of America location.

Directions from the 405 Northbound and 105 Westbound:
Take the 405 North to the 105 West. Exit Sepulveda Blvd. North/LAX. Continue North on Sepulveda Blvd. and make a right turn onto Howard B. Drollinger Way. Make another right into the parking lot at the first stop sign and proceed forward. Our office is on your right and is adjacent to the Bank of America building.

Parking:
Parking is available, at no charge, in the large parking lot located on the East side of the building. The Keany Associates / Brite Kids building is only accessible from the parking lot and not from the Sepulveda side.

Entry to the building:
A locked gate secures our building and for our clients’ security, please be prepared to announce your name and the reason for your visit. To gain entry, please call our offices using the directory on the intercom.
